Join our kitchen crew and craft the authentic ranch pizza flavors our guests love. You'll prepare ingredients, assemble pizzas to order, and maintain our high standards of freshness and quality in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- Experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn pizza preparation techniques
- Availability for evenings and weekends
$16 – $20 / hour
Lead a shift at Pizza Ranch with confidence. Shift Managers oversee daily operations, motivate team members, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position within the pizza ranch family.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and daily reports
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one)
$22 – $28 / hour
Represent Pizza Ranch on the road and deliver smiles along with our fresh, hot ranch pizza. Drivers enjoy flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and tips. A reliable vehicle and clean driving record are required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance
- Familiarity with Independence, MO area routes
- Friendly, professional customer service skills
$14 – $17 / hour + tips
Be the friendly face of Pizza Ranch! As a Front of House team member, you'll greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure every visitor enjoys a welcoming dining experience at our Independence location.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during peak hours
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
$14 – $18 / hour
Coordinate and execute catering events that bring the pizza ranch experience to offices, parties, and community gatherings across the United States. You'll manage client relationships, customize menus, and ensure seamless delivery of our catering services.
- 2+ years experience in event coordination or catering sales
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences
